【ArcCloud (formerly ArcByte Cloud) DNS Resolution Server Update Notice】

Good morning, users:

To further improve service stability and global resolution speed, and to unify brand management, ArcCloud has completed the upgrade and adjustment of its DNS resolution servers and domain names. Specific updates are as follows:

NS Record Adjustment

The original NS server domain names will be updated to ArcCloud's official DNS domain names:

ns1.service.arcbytecn.com → ns1.arcbyte-dns.com

ns2.service.arcbytecn.com → ns2.arcbyte-dns.com

ns3.service.arcbytecn.com → ns3.arcbyte-dns.com

ns4.service.arcbytecn.com → ns4.arcbyte-dns.com

This adjustment aims to achieve brand unification and centralized management.

DNS Server Node Upgrade

Global DNS nodes have been upgraded to the new generation DNS architecture:

NS1: ARC-HZ-MAIN → ARC-CN-DNS

NS2: ARC-HN-MAIN → ARC-EU-DNS

NS3: ARC-HB-MAIN → ARC-AP-DNS

NS4: ARC-GLO-MAIN → ARC-NA-DNS

This upgrade will significantly improve DNS response speed and stability globally.

How to Apply the Latest DNS Servers

To immediately enable the latest DNS configuration, please:

① Log in to the ArcCloud Services console

② Check the system email authorization notification

③ Confirm and automatically apply the update as prompted
